Tiptop Street Returns and Refunds Policy

Tiptop Street makes every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any non-sale, regularly priced, unused merchandise for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 (thirty) days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, any items must be shipped back unused and in the exact condition in which you received them, as well as in the original packaging whenever applicable, within 30 days of purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
If your order of a received item included free shipping, you must bear the shipment or delivery fees at your own expense when returning it for a refund. But if we charged you for the shipping of your order and if the return is caused by our fault, we will cover domestic media mail fees (or regular international mail fees if your order was shipped to you internationally).
It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return within the 30-day refund period. Within the USA, USPS® package tracking is included at no extra cost with all USPS domestic shipping (except commercial Standard Mail, wherein the tracking option is available for a fee). Otherwise, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. Tiptop Street assumes no responsibility for nonreceipt of returned merchandise.
Only goods purchased directly from Tiptop Street may be eligible for return and refund. We do not refund goods bought from resellers or third parties.
Please contact Tiptop Street in writing before returning an item. We require a Tiptop Street receipt or proof-of-purchase. When we agree to receive the product, we will send you a shipping address to use when returning it.
Conditions of the Return
In certain cases, no refund will be issued when:
• Any item shows signs of use.
• Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts through no fault of ours.
• Any item is returned late.
We cannot offer partial refunds. If an item is ineligible for any reason, it will not be refunded.
Sale and discounted items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Any sale or discounted items are nonrefundable.
Regularly priced items
On receiving and inspecting your return item, we will email you a notification of your request’s approval or rejection. If you refund is approved, the corresponding amount of credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of days (depending on your payment method).
Late and missing refunds
If your refund has not posted, please check your bank account or credit card statement again before checking with us. Your financial institution may have a processing period before your refund can appear. But if you have already done that, but have still not received your refund, please contact Tiptop Street.
We may replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item that you have received, please contact us.
We can only issue a refund to the original buyer, based on a verifiable proof-of-purchase issued by Tiptop Street for the item. If you received our product a gift and are dissatisfied with it, the person who bought it for you can request a refund.
